I m just staring the lessons , but I really like the sessions with everyone of the masters . It brings me peace and clarity of mind while I feel my body being more flexible and light.

I recently completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training program with Anahata Yoga and I cannot speak highly enough about the experience. The program was led by an amazing team of teachers who were incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and encouraging throughout the entire journey. From day one, I was impressed with the structure and depth of the curriculum. We covered everything from the history and philosophy of yoga to anatomy and sequencing, and were given plenty of opportunities to practice teaching and receive feedback. The training challenged me to step outside of my comfort zone and confront my own limitations, both physical and mental. Through daily yoga practice, meditation, and self-reflection, I was able to develop a deeper understanding of myself and my relationship with the world around me. I also appreciated the sense of community that developed among the trainees. We were all there to support each other and share in each other’s successes and struggles. I made some incredible connections with people from all different backgrounds and walks of life. Overall, I would highly recommend this yoga teacher training program to anyone looking to deepen their practice and understanding of yoga, as well as those interested in becoming a yoga teacher. The experience was truly life-changing and I feel confident and inspired to share my knowledge and passion with others.

It is a pleasure to work with all the masters, they are all very knowledgeable and very nice. The kriya cleansing techniques were skipped due to Covid, I was a little disappointed.

I am really grateful that I have the chance to study in Anahata, a very professional and well establish yoga academy. I love yoga as a daily practice since I was very young but I never know the whole philosophy of yoga. In this course, especially the teaching of scientific way and the historical way, made me understand much more about yoga and wanna practice it and promote it lifelong to acheive a peaceful mind and body with our society.

I have truly enjoyed my experience in the YTT class, where I had the opportunity to interact with a number of professional masters who provided me with valuable guidance on the nuances of yoga. Prior to this, I was unaware of the various steps involved in entering a pose, such as the need for proper warm-up, postures and counter movements. The course covered a range of topics including anatomy, yoga history, pranayama and asana, and I have learnt a great deal. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience for me.

It was wonderful experience to study YTT in Anahata. All masters are very passionate and nice in teaching with sharing their yoga experience. Learning yoga in Anahata can really realize the meaning of Union of yoga, while we connect our body and mind, we gain more true happiness from our heart and the sprit did spread and share while practicing with Masters in Anahata. The yoga masters are highly professional and have years of experience practicing yoga from a young age. They possess the expertise to teach students at varying levels. Consequently, I believe that this course is definitely worth the investment. Attending this course has been a happy and wise decision for me.

It has helped us gain a deeper understanding of yoga, the anatomy behind it, as well as the importance of maintaining a balanced practice of it. This is one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life to join this course. This gives me an opportunity to learn the history of yoga, the meaning of it and how to be a true yogi. I feel very happy and satisfied to have joined this course and have met many lovely people here, including the masters and my classmates who are also my friends now. All the masters in Anahata are very professional and patient to share their knowledge and experience. Hope I will also be a good yoga teacher one day!

I have absolutely broaden my horizon on my yoga journey through the 200 YTT course. I enjoyed particularly the yoga theory module which is mind-blowing to me and awaken my awareness on how the life style of a yogi should be, both mentally and physically. While the pranayama module brought me to another level of prana practice, and a brand new understanding of how breathing exercise could benefit / incorporate with my yoga practice. For the anatomy module, our tutor tried his best effort to make the class more fun and practical to daily practice.

During the course, I have learned a great deal about yoga. Having a 200 hour course is too short to cover everything about yoga. It’s a bit too fast for me to complete and to realize that there is still a long way to go before I can become a yoga teacher. I will miss you all very much and thank you so much for everything. I am also delighted to be joining Anahata on my yoga journey.
