Dear Masters and Coordinators, I had an amazing experience learning aspects of yoga from well-trained and committed teachers in a warm yet serious setting. The Hong Kong Anahata staff, were accommodating and personable all the while holding a great amount of professionalism. I hope to continue with the 2nd teacher training in the near future. Master Vishnu gave our group a great deal of attention and I would especially like to thank him for sharing his therapy knowledge with us. I believe the traditional aspects of this training surpass many other teacher-trainings I know of. I am able to now continue teaching with a more holistic approach, thanks to Anahata.

The 200 YTT course has been a fantastic experience. The Masters are very knowledgeable, patient, and provide ongoing support. It was great to experience variety of teaching/guiding styles. Every one of the masters brought to the course incredible amount of positive energy and it was a pleasure to learn from them. I would highly recommend this course to my friends. I am also looking forward to continue my personal yoga journey and continue to practice at Anahata after the summer. Thank you for to all for all.
