You can book a private class with any available teacher up to 15 days in advance. We will create a WhatsApp group with the reception staff, and when you're ready to book, just let them know your preferred day, time, and teacher. They will check availability and get back to you.
The class time doesn't have to be fixed, but if you prefer a set schedule, that's also fine. We recommend having two teachers as options in case one is unavailable due to YTT class teaching, sick, travel, or other commitments. However, if you have a specific teacher in mind for each private session, you may need to be a bit flexible with your timing.
Booking and cancellations will be handled through your private class WhatsApp group during studio opening hours and we need 3hrs notice to early cancel a confirmed private class.
