Introduction to Ayurveda and Tridosha – 9th july Saturday 2 - 5 pm.
So if you have also enrolled for the 9th July morning 10 am - 1 pm workshop, please prepare to attend the afternoon 2 - 5 pm workshop.
If you cannot attend the workshop in person you can choose to attend online, or a recorded lecture can be provided to you for the 9th July morning 10 am - 1 pm workshop.

Introduction to Ayurveda and Tridosha -
2nd July Saturday 10 am -1 pm
This workshop is an introduction to the concepts of Ayurveda as a healing therapy for those interested. Through this workshop, we will understand the importance of Tridosha, our body imbalance, and the methods to heal it. Dosha analysis of a person is considered therapeutic. Ayurvedic healing methods emphasize the importance of food, dietary supplements, and herbal remedies as therapeutic methods. Essential oils, aromatic oils and herbal supplements serve as effective nutritional supplements for common elements in ayurvedic therapy.
Ayurvedic therapy for Vata Dosha - 3rd July Sunday 10 am -1 pm
The Vata dosha governs the natural functions of the body, including breathing, blinking, tissue and muscle movement, heartbeats, transmission of nerve impulses, and all movements that occur within cells and within cell walls. In a balanced state, Vata encourages creativity and flexibility. However, when Vata is unbalanced, it causes fear and anxiety. Hence, what are the health precautions and yoga sequences for vatha dosha will be covered in this workshop. Ayurvedic therapies for vatha dosha. Ayurvedic therapy for Pitha Dosha - 9th July Saturday 10 am -1 pm

Vata, when balanced, provides energy, creativity, and flexibility. However, when vata is out of balance, fear and anxiety arise. Ayurvedic Therapy for Kapha Dosha - 10th July Sunday 10 am -1 pm
The kapha dosha is responsible for building the bones, muscles, and tendons of the body, as well as providing the adhesive force that holds the cells together. It is responsible for providing water to all the systems and parts of the body. Joints are lubricated, skin is moisturized, and immunity is improved. It is essential to understand kapha and collagen. The qualities of kapha can be expressed as love, calmness, and forgiveness when they are balanced. However, when they are imbalanced, they manifest as jealousy, attachment, and greed.
