The Science of Pranayama as per Tamil Siddha tradition with Master Vishnu
Date
6 May 2018 & 13 May 2018 (Sunday) 3:00 pm- 6:00 pm
According to ancient Tamil Siddhas, the Breath is intimately connected with the state of health and improper breathing often manifests in various disturbances of the body and mind. Breathing is the only physiological process that can be either voluntary or involuntary.
Pranayama is the yogic technique to facilitate regular, rhythmic and balanced breathing. These workshops focus on the new techniques and rituals as given in the texts written by Siddha Thirumoolar and Siddha Bogar about the practices of pranayama and how to influence the flow of prana in the nadis or energy channels of the pranamaya kosha or energy body.
Learn the ancient powerful breathing technique to awaken one’s potential power and consciousness and to circulate it through the seven principal chakras between the base of the spine and the crown of the head.
