Partner Yoga Workshop – Fun Series

Workshop Date: 22nd November Sunday – 3.30 – 5.30 pm

Explore the basics of partner yoga. In this workshop we will move through playful sequences of partner-assisted poses where one helps the other, and double yoga poses where each reflects the other in dynamic and balanced symmetries. This workshop is for all levels. You can come with a friend, sibling, romantic partner, etc. Or come on your own and we’ll pair you up. The only prerequisite is the ability to giggle and have fun.

Partner Yoga Workshop – Flying Series

Workshop Date: 29th November Sunday – 3.30 – 5.30 pm

Partner Yoga is helps us to deepen our practice in many ways.It will help connect you to your strength and inner calm in the company of like minded individuals. In this workshop you will learn the body balancing dynamics and many variations of Partner Yoga postures and tips and preparation to move to the multilevel and advanced partner Yoga postures. Practice and witness some of the amazing flying experience in partner yoga poses with safety and freedom. Are you ready to Fly? This workshop is open to all levels.
