Terms and Conditions
- I have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions and I understand I will receive a copy of the agreed terms and conditions by email after the payment confirmation.
- I acknowledge and agree that no refund of any payment made shall be issued under any circumstances.
- Member / Co-signer’s Acknowledgement :
- Member/Guardian/Co-signer acknowledges that he/she has reviewed and read the terms and conditions set forth herein and accepts this Agreement as a legally binding contract, and all the rights and obligations set forth herein will be in force from the date of signing this Agreement and he/she has the legal age and capacity and is wilfully entering into this Agreement.
- The package sessions shall expire at the end of the period stated in the Membership details. Any sessions not used by the expiry date may not be used or redeemed.
- I understand that I must show my Anahata Yoga Card on every visit and allow the staff of Anahata Yoga to take my photograph to put in the system for verification of identity.
- To avoid any dispute, any promotions, offers, discounts, special privileges or arrangements must be clearly written and stated in the contract. Any purported agreements/promises including but not limited to verbal and other means of communication made by the staff and not written in the contract will not be binding. Any disputes arising thereof will be subject to the final decision of Anahata Yoga Ltd.
- All group/private class packages validity starts from the date of purchase. If you wish to set the start date later, please mention your preferred start date in the purchase notes. However, the latest start date must be within 1 month after your purchase with admin approval in writing before making the purchase.
- Short term and complimentary packages cannot be used to attend Andiappan Yoga classes.
- Only 1 class per day, 2 classes per day, Unlimited classes annual membership class packages can book andiappan yoga classes. Short term packages, 6 classes per month 1 year package, coupon class packages cannot be used to book 2hr andiappan yoga classes.
- Andiappan Yoga YTT classes are specifically designed for ongoing yoga YTT students, while there are also other regular Andiappan yoga classes that are open to both ongoing ytt students and annual package members (booked as per the membership privileges).
- Short term and coupon class packages cannot be suspended for whatsoever reason.
- The company reserves the right to change the class schedule, course dates or instructors without any notice.
- All group/private class packages validity starts from the date of purchase unless you wish to start later, please mention in the purchase notes.
Termination by the studio:
- Anahata Yoga may terminate this agreement without notice and with immediate effect if his/her conduct is such that in the reasonable opinion of Anahata Yoga it may be injurious to the character or interest of Anahata Yoga or to other users of Anahata Yoga or if he/she is in breach of the terms and conditions as from time to time are in force. All decisions of Anahata Yoga under this clause are final and binding.
- Anahata Yoga shall be entitled to terminate this agreement if he/she fails to pay monthly fees for 1 month or more by giving 1 month’s written notice to you. Such termination shall not affect the right of Anahata Yoga to recover the unpaid fees and interests and related costs and all expenses.
- Anahata Yoga shall be entitled to recover from you all costs and expenses incurred in connection with the recovery of unpaid fees and interests and other losses or damages caused by you on an indemnity basis.
Non-transferability of membership: Membership, private classes, packages, workshops and Teacher Training Courses cannot be transferred, shared, sold or assigned to anyone. Suspension of Membership:
- I am aware that suspension of my membership MUST be applied for online by completing a form. It must be applied for in advance by giving at least fourteen day notice.
- I understand and agree that I must submit valid documents that match the date of my requested suspension period. (Example: Medical Certificate, Ongoing treatments, Confirmed Air Ticket etc).
- I understand and agree the suspension only applies for annual group memberships and not for private class packages and not for teacher training classes.
- I understand and agree that no suspension is given for coupon packages, 3 & 6 months short term memberships and complimentary memberships.
- I understand and agree, for monthly dues membership I will be charged regular monthly dues until the one year minimum obligation, suspension will only be considered after the minimum obligation period.
- I understand and agree once the suspension is approved I cannot change, modify, extend and cancel the suspension period.
- I understand and agree that I must give a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior notice together with the proof for the suspension request for travel reasons.
- I understand and agree all suspension requests must be made in advance. No retrospective suspensions are permitted.
- I understand and agree my membership period will only be extended only after the payment of the suspension fee.
- I understand and agree that the medical suspension will be allowed for a period of minimum 15 days only.
- I understand and agree that the maximum duration of the medical suspension for each time is 60 days. And can apply again after 60 days.
- I understand and agree I will have to submit the latest satisfactory medical proof of ongoing doctor visits, treatments such as physio or chiropractor must be submitted together with the suspension request.
- I understand and agree that I will be charged HK$200 admin fee each month for suspension for medical reasons.
- I understand and agree that suspension due to pregnancy, a medical certificate should state the trimester of pregnancy, conditions diagnosed if any and also the period the doctor recommends to refrain from exercise. I understand that I can also arrange to meet and discuss with one of Anahata Yoga’s experienced teachers for recommended classes for pregnancy and other common pregnancy related questions before applying for suspension.
- I understand and agree that suspension will be processed upon approval and payment of the admin fee.
- I understand and agree that my travel suspension period is for a minimum duration of one month and a maximum of two months over a twelve (12) months period, and that I will be charged HK$ 200 each month as admin fee. I further understand and agree that during the suspension period I cannot use the Center’s facilities and book classes.
- I understand and agree that all the fees paid are non-refundable.
Transfer of short-term membership / coupons/ private class packages for medical reasons:
- I understand and agree there is no suspension given for travel reasons.
- I understand and agree suspension for medical reasons can only be approved as a transfer of credits.
- I understand and agree that If I am applying for a transfer of credits for medical reasons I have to provide the doctors’ certificate stating that I am not fit to attend yoga classes.
- I understand and agree that I can transfer the remaining credits to a friend/ family member who is currently not a member of Anahata Yoga.
- I understand and agree that once the credit(s) is transferred it cannot be cancelled or transferred again.
- I understand and agree that the transfer of credit can be done once with the admin fee payment of HKD 500.
- I understand and agree that in the event of a medical condition I am not able to attend the classes anymore. I have a 7 days courtesy time period to give Anahata Yoga the name of the friend/family member I wish the remaining credits to be transferred to with the payment of the admin fee.
Studio Policy
- Members agree to keep and obey all the rules and regulations now in force or in the future prescribed by the studio for the use of studio facilities and its equipment including lockers, Attire and personal hygiene. The studio reserves the right to revoke or suspend this membership. If members are in breach of the rules and regulations. Payment obligations of the member continue in the event of the membership being suspended due to the member’s negligence of following the studio’s rules and regulations.
- Members must register at the reception desk and provide the membership card and other identifiable information if requested by the studio. Class participation is limited by registration and the quantity and layout of the mats. Bookings can be made a maximum of 3 days in advance subject to change by management. Booking for friends is not permitted.
- In the event a member is unable to attend his/her class, he /she is required to give at least 3 hours prior notice of cancellation. If he/she has 2 or more cumulative late cancellations and/or no-shows over a 30 day period, his/her booking privileges including online, telephone or walk-in booking will be suspended for 14 days. After 14 days, the booking privileges will be resumed.
- Absolutely no bags are allowed in the studio as lockers are available to store the Member’s belongings which must be cleared when the member is leaving the studio. Belongings left in the lockers overnight will be removed and non-identifiable items found as such will be kept for thirty (30) days and then given to charity.
- Prohibited activities – The following includes but not limited to the prohibited activities within the studio: • Open top or otherwise spill able drink containers in the yoga studio • Food in the yoga studio• Solicitation for profit, political purposes or any other reasons in any form in the studio premises • Personal training of a member by another member for compensation • Photography, videotaping, filming or audio recording without prior written permission of the studio.
- Damage to the studio’s property shall be paid by the member who willfully or neglectfully causes such damage. Member is also responsible for damage caused by dependent children or guests accompanying him/her.
Guest policy Studio’s guest procedure requires all the guests to check in at the reception desk 20/F and sign a liability release form if it is their 1st visit.. Guests must hold a HKID and must be first time visitors to the studio. All guests must agree to be bound by the studio’s rules and regulations. Agreement Key Points PREPAID MEMBERSHIP I understand my membership is valid as per the duration mentioned in this agreement. In the event that I use a Bank Instalment plan to settle the payment with
Anahata Yoga,
I understand that the terms and conditions of such instalment plan are directly between me and my bank. I agree that I will not terminate the instalment before fully paying off the instalments. Only 1 class per day, 2 classes per day, Unlimited classes annual membership class packages can book andiappan yoga classes. Short term packages, 6 classes per month 1 year package, coupon class packages cannot be used to book 2hr andiappan yoga classes.
MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP
- Monthly Membership With 12 Month Commitment : I have purchased a Monthly Membership With 12 Month Commitment Autopay Package for a minimum of twelve (12) months and I am committed to paying for twelve (12) months on autopay. I understand that after these twelve (12) months, I will be billed monthly on autopay until I cancel my Agreement by sending a email or WhatsApp to Anahata Yoga customersupport@anahatayoga.com.hk or WhatsApp +852 5614 8323.
- I understand if I use my credit card as a monthly payment and should my credit card expire or be rejected, I will proactively pay Anahata Yoga any outstanding amount due. I am required to pay HKD 1500 joining fee and the first month fee upfront. After one year, the plan will automatically renew. To terminate the auto-pay, I will provide a 7 days notice before the next renewal day. The termination request can be sent to customersupport@anahatayoga.com.hk or WhatsApp +852 5614 8323.
- Alternatively, if I decide not to renew the membership and fail to provide the 7 days before the renewal day , the payment can be only cancelled 7 days before the next month renewal day. I understand, suspension for medical/travel reasons for up to two months per year (minimum 30 days each), subject to an administrative fee of HKD 200 per month.
- Monthly Membership with No Commitment : I have purchased a Monthly Membership NO Commitment Autopay Package. I understand that I will be billed monthly on autopay until I cancel my Agreement bysending a email or WhatsApp to Anahata Yoga customersupport@anahatayoga.com.hk or WhatsApp +852 5614 8323.
- I understand if I use my credit card as a monthly payment and should my credit card expire or be rejected, I will proactively pay Anahata Yoga any outstanding amount due. - If the member fails to pay monthly dues on the due auto pay date, the studio reserves the right to charge a late payment of HK$ 100 for each delayed payment. The studio may take appropriate actions to recover any outstanding payments and members shall indemnify the studio for any costs incurred for such legal actions.
- I understand if I use my credit card as monthly payment and should my credit card expire or be rejected, I will proactively pay Anahata Yoga any outstanding amount due.
- Member’s absence or failure to attend the classes or avail the services for any reason will not relieve him from the obligation to pay the monthly dues.
- Member will be in default if he/she breaches any of these terms and conditions herein, or if he/she fails to pay any Monthly Dues within 30 days after the scheduled autopay date. If a Member is in default, membership privileges may be suspended and the remaining balance due under this Agreement may become immediately due and payable at the Club option. Acceptance of any payment after default will not release members from any obligation under this Agreement to continue payment.
- Member shall not be relieved of obligation to make any payments of the enrollment fee herein agreed to, and no fruitions or allowance from any of the said payments shall be made, by reason of the absence or withdrawal of Member from the Club, or by reason of Member’s failure to attend or use the Club facilities.
TEACHER TRAINING COURSES The studio reserves the right to conduct the courses online. The studio reserves the right to change the dates and instructor(s) of the courses. The studio reserves the right to conduct classes online in the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from conducting physical classes at the studio including but not limited to social unrest, natural disasters, government directives or any other events that render the studio unsuitable for the classes to be conducted at the studio. All Students must undergo practical assessment and submit a written assignment in order to complete the course. The company reserves the right to change the dates of the training without prior notice. The school reserves the right to make changes to the course syllabus, course structure, allocated hours, including the topics covered, sequencing, and content, at any time as deemed necessary for the effective delivery of the yoga course.
The fee for the full day and part time teacher training courses may vary.Batch transfer fee may be waived if requested within one week of the course fee payment, otherwise batch transfer fee will apply.
Yoga Teacher Training Missed Classes/ Module Retake. f the student knows the dates he/she is going to miss before the start of the YTT. Fill in the dates he/she is going to miss, in the YTT application form, or send an email with missing classes dates before the start of the teacher training program. Please email to ytt@anahatayoga.com.hk and quote your IYATT-XXXX number mentioned in your welcome email.
Yoga course Admin Assistant will verify and he/she will be informed about replacement class dates by email. Once the student confirms that he/she can retake the dates, those dates will be input in the student YTT management software schedule system. If he/she can take it he/she will be issued a missed classes retake card which he/she needs to bring to the replacement classes and show the teacher before or after the class and get it signed. Yoga course Admin Assistant will check and verify the record before the YTT class. No need to pay for the missed class retake fee as the retake class dates are approved by our affiliate college in India and are confirmed before the start of the YTT.
Apart from the agreed dates, if the student is absent for other classes and if the student requests to retake those classes he/she needs to pay the missed classes to retake admin fee of HKD 500 per module and he/she can only take the missed classes mentioned in the missed classes retake card. If the student is absent for some classes during the YTT and requesting to retake the missed class please follow the below steps. If the student missed 3 or fewer classes, the topics can be revised during the revision week. The revision class will be arranged during the last week of the teacher training course. It is not necessary to retake the classes in another batch. If the student missed more than 3 classes, send an email to ytt@anahatayoga.com.hk and list the dates of the missed classes. He/she will be sent a link to pay the admin fee depending on the number of classes and
After confirmation of the payment, he/she will be informed about the replacement class dates by email. If he/she can take the classes on those dates, he/she will be given a missed class retake card which he/she needs to bring to the class and show the teacher before or after the class and get it signed. Yoga course Admin Assistant will check and verify the record before the YTT class.
Recommended group classes completion deadline Once the admission to the course is confirmed any request to move to another batch for any reasons will incur an admin fee of HKD 1000 and it can be moved only once. Andiappan Yoga class and recommended group classes expiry will remain with the originally joined course dates. Please note students can change the type of the class in the recommended group classes list if they are not able to attend a certain class due to schedule difficulties. Students should sign in at the reception for each class they attend to avoid attendance issues if they are attending the class in the studio. For online participation the reception staff will check and verify your attendance during the class.
Change of Batch request:
Course fee once paid and admission confirmed, if student cannot attend the course he/she enrolled, the student can apply for change of batch with a valid reason and supporting documents . The request must be made before the start of the bass. There will be a processing fee for batch transfer of HKD 1000. The new batch requested for transfer should fall within six months from the original batch date. Batch transfer fee may be waived if requested within one week of the course fee payment, otherwise batch transfer fee will apply.
Extension for Andiappan Yoga/ Recommended group classes :
To extend the deadline of the Andiappan Yoga class and Recommended group classes, the minimum extension is one month and the maximum is three months. The fee for extension will be HK$1000 per month.
Extension for Assignment Deadline: If you cannot submit your assignment on or before the deadline, an administrative fee of HK$500 will be required before the due date and the maximum extension given will be an additional one month.
Student Course Status Drop out –
If a student choose to leave the course; not attend classes without any written notice and prior approval from management; fail to complete the practical assessment or assignment on or before the deadline set; he/she will be consider to have dropped out from the course and will not be eligible to receive the certification. Re-take – If a student is absent for more than five classes without providing any supporting documents for the absence (such as medical certificate / proof of emergency), he / she will need to re-take classes missed. There is an administrative fee to re-take the missed classes or modules as per the requirements. The re-take classes must be completed within six months from the ending date of the original course dates the student signed up for. Failure to re-take the classes missed will be considered as dropped out from the course. Not Completed – If a student fails to submit their assignment on time, finish the assessment, or has not attended any of the recommended group practice classes, he/she will be considered as “not completed” the course.
As such, he/she will need to complete these procedures within the assignment deadline. The student will need to provide a written notice to the school and give credible reasons for not completing the assignment /assessment within the given deadline to be granted an extension. If the extension is granted, there will be an administrative fee of HKD 500 to extend the assignment for one month. If it is necessary to assign the student to another batch to complete the assessment, the administrative fee will be HKD 1000. If the whole process is not completed within three months of the original deadline, he/she will be considered as a dropout student.
Course Manual: I understand and agree that I will be provided an English or Chinese course manual on the 1st day of the course based on my request. I also understand I can opt for both Chinese and English language manuals by paying HKD 300 additional. I understand the default is in English language and I will have to make a request for a Chinese manual 3 days before the start of the course if my preference is Chinese manual.
Teacher Training Online Participation: a)The instructor may ask those teacher training students who prefer to attend the classes online to keep the camera ON to monitor the postures to minimise the risk of injuries. The studio reserves the right to remove the students who refuse to turn the camera ON without any refund.
- b) The instructors may ask the students to Turn On the camera at any time during the class to verify attendance and class participation. If the students are not responding repeatedly to the teachers, the studio reserves the right to ask the student to attend the class in the studio for the remaining duration of the teacher training classes. Students who don’t respond to the teacher’s prompt repeatedly will be considered absent and will lead to “Student drop” status for the course.
Points to note:
- a) If the student would like to attend a whole module, he/she will have to pay the full module fee.
- b) If the student is absent for less than 3 classes he/she can request to revise these topics during the revision week (During the Andiappan Yoga Group Practice Class mentioned in the schedule) of the course.
RYT 500 Teacher Training and RYT 500 Upgrade Program Terms and Conditions
- I understand and agree I will have to choose the remaining courses which totals upto 500hrs during the admission confirmation with course fee payment.
- I understand and agree I can switch the course or the batch once with the batch transfer admin fee waived.
- I understand and agree the studio reserves the right to conduct classes online in the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from conducting physical classes at the studio including but not limited to social unrest, natural disasters, government directives or any other events that render the studio unsuitable for the classes to be conducted at the studio.
- I understand and agree the school reserves the right to change the dates of the training without prior notice.
- I understand and agree if I choose to retake the missed classes, it will incur additional module fee (HKD 500 per module) payment.
- I understand and agree I must complete practical assessment and submit a written assignment in order to complete the courses.
- I understand and agree If I have paid the course fee in full, I have a total of two years to complete the group and andiappan yoga classes.
- I understand and agree If I have paid the course fee in 50 – 50 instalment the recommended group and Andiappan classes for 1st course will begin upon enrolment and ends one month after the 1st course end date. The group and Andiappan yoga classes of the next course(s) with start once the remaining 50% of the course fee is paid and it will expire one month after course end date of those course(s).
- I understand and agree If the instalment payment is made after the agreed payment date, the company reserves the right to charge an admin fee of HKD 1000 per month for late payment. This fee will be added to the remaining course fee payment or the regular price course fee will be charged, whichever amount is higher.
- I understand and agree In the event that the instalment amount for the yoga program /package is not received on or before the agreed instalment date, the company will provide one courtesy reminder to the student. If the payment remains unsettled within 2 days after the instalment date, the company reserves the right to forfeit any initial instalments and the student will be considered as having dropped out of the program. No further action can be taken regarding the yoga program. In such cases, no refund will be given for any previous payments made towards the program.
- I understand and agree the company reserves the right to take legal action to recover any outstanding amount.
- I understand the instalment fee has to be paid on the original deadline date even if the student requests for a batch transfer to another batch.
All Students must undergo practical assessment and submit a written assignment in order to complete the course. For more details about batch transfer/ missed classes retake/ recommended group and Andiappan yoga classes extension, assessment retake, assignment extension and admin fee details please refer to the course details page terms and conditions. The company reserves the right to change the dates of the training without prior notice. The fee for the full-day and part-time teacher training courses may vary.
Disclaimer / Waiver of Liability – Teacher Training Course By registering for this Anahata Yoga Teacher Training Course, you voluntarily declare the following: I, a participant of this Course, am aware that participating in the Course requires certain levels of fitness and general physical health. I acknowledge and voluntarily assume my responsibility to assess my level of fitness and general health (including consulting my physician or doctor) and the risks of serious injury that are associated with physical activity of any kind including any variety of yoga, meditation and breath work practice and participation in yoga related activities or activities related to this Course. I confirm that I shall retain all control and direction over my activities at all times. I voluntarily assume full liability and accept the risk of harm, including physical injury and discomfort as a result of my participation in the various activities in this Course. I, or anyone who could claim in my name or on my behalf, do hereby voluntarily waive, release and forever discharge Anahata Yoga Limited and its officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liabilities for injuries or damages resulting from my participation in the activities during the course of this training and hold them harmless from all claims which may be brought against them for any such injuries or claims as aforesaid and all costs and expenses incidental thereto.
I grant my permission to Anahata Yoga , International Yoga Academy and Asana – International Yoga Journal to use any photos or videos of me taken during the training in the establishment of Anahata Yoga for marketing or publicity purposes in print and web without receiving payment for those images Group Class bookings and cancellations
- I understand and agree that if I book a class and cannot attend, I must cancel at least three hours in advance. Otherwise my booking privileges will be suspended under the terms and conditions. Anahata Yoga has informed me these policies might change from time to time and that members will be informed accordingly. For group class coupon packages, once a class is booked, a coupon will be deducted unless cancelled at least three hours in advance.
- The studio reserves the right to charge and I agree to pay HK$200 per late cancellation or no shows subsequent to two or more late cancellations or no shows a month.
- The studio reserves the right to conduct classes online in the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from conducting physical classes at the studio including but not limited to social unrest, natural disasters, inclement weather, outbreak and government directives or any event that renders the studio unsafe or unsuitable to use.
- The studio reserves the right to change its pricing at any time without notice.
- The studio reserves the right to close the studio in the event of bad weather such as black rain, red rain as well as Typhoon 8 or above. The studio will also be closed for the first two days of Chinese New Year.
- Class type, instructor, timings, duration, number of classes are subject to the availability of the studios and teachers and may change without prior notice.
Locker Usage Policy
- Locker:I understand that the use of the Day Locker is for during the time I attend the class at Anahata Yoga only. I agree to return the Day Locker key prior to leaving the Anahata Yoga premise and not to keep my belongings there after I have left the premises.
- If a member loses the locker key, he/ she would be required to pay HKD 100 for the replacement.
- Locker usage: (a) VIP locker (valid for 12 months only) – upon expiration, a courtesy reminder will be given to clear the locker within one month after which, the content of the locker will be automatically cleared and the content will be disposed of. (b) Rental locker (renewable every 12 months) – upon expiry, a courtesy reminder will be given to clear the locker within one month after which, the content of the locker will be automatically cleared and the content will be disposed of. (c) Day locker (day use only) – please note the day lockers are for use during visit only and no personal items are allowed to be left overnight. The content of the locker will automatically be cleared at closing each night if anything is left there.
Private class bookings and cancellations
- Under no circumstances will private studios be pre booked or blocked for any members including VIP members. Studios are assigned on based on availability
- I understand and agree if members late cancels for more than two hours in a month, a penalty of HKD 350 per cancellation hour which will need to be paid BEFORE the next private booking can be made
- To avoid any dispute, any promotions, offers, discounts, special privileges or arrangements must be clearly written and stated in the contract. Any purported agreements/promise including but not limited to verbal and other means of communication made by the staff and not written in the contract will not be binding. Any disputes arising thereof will be subject to the final decision of Anahata Yoga Ltd.
- All private classes are for one person only. There will be an additional fee of $300 per person per hour for the 2nd person with a maximum of 3 people per private class. The additional person fee is HKD 200 per person for VIP members.
- Teachers are assigned and confirmed based on their availability, and it is strongly recommended that you have at least two or three choices to ensure regular practice. Teachers may have to travel, may be ill, teach teacher training classes, or hold workshops, so they may not be able to teach private lessons at a particular day and time.
- Private classes can be pre-booked 14 days in advance via a dedicated whatsapp group.
- Cancellation: For classes, after 10 am, please notify at least 3 hours before the class starts on the same day.
- For early morning classes (7 am – 10 am), please notify before 10 pm the prior day (weekdays) or before 7 pm (if the prior day is a weekend or public holiday).
- Failure to do so will result in late cancellation and your package will be deducted.
- Please note the private class packages cannot be extended or suspended for whatsoever reason.
- If members are absent or late cancel twice in 14 days, then subsequent classes can be only booked for one hour before the class with any available teachers
- If members wish to book more than two hours private, it will require management approval
Group Private Class
- The credits are different for Master Yogananth (head teacher) and other teachers in our studio. You can use the credits for any teachers to book any classes as per the teachers.
- The private class credit fee is different for the non – members and annual membership holders of our studio, please check the table above the members and non member price.
- Teachers are assigned and confirmed based on their availability, and it is strongly recommended that you have at least two or three choices to ensure regular practice. Teachers may have to travel, may be ill, teach teacher training classes, or hold workshops, so they may not be able to teach private lessons at a particular day and time.
- Cancellation policy for the group private: You will have to cancel at least 24 hours before the class for return of credit. Less than 24hr notice, the credit will not be returned. For less than 24 hours notice you can have a friend on your behalf attend the class if they are a Anahata yoga annual membership holder. If they are non -member they can just pay the fee difference and use your credit to join the class. Cancellation can be done only via mindbody app from 9 am – 11.55 pm.
- What if I cannot finish all the credits within the validity period? :You have the option to give 2 credits to a friend (Anahata member) or carry forward to the next renewal of the package.
- Suspension of group private package for medical or travel reasons: For any medical conditions please provide a medical certificate for suspension. The maximum suspension period is 60 days. For longer term medical reasons, you can choose to transfer the package to New private class group member and with an admin fee payment of HKD 300.
- Suspension due to travel can be done up to 30 days by paying an admin fee HKD 200 once with proper supporting documents.
- The company reserves the right to change the class schedule, dates or instructors without any notice.
- Once payment for the package is made, it can not be cancelled or refunded.
- Anahata Yoga reserves the right for final decisions in the case of disputes.
- Members are defined as those with an Anahata Yoga annual group membership or currently studying a teacher training course.

- You always have the option to carry forward two unsed credits for every ten classes purchased.

Home Private Class
- This home private class package is good for one person doing the class together without additional charge. Additional charge is HKD 100 per person per class.
- All the classes are held at one location within Hong Kong Island / Kowloon only within a 5 mins walking distance from MTR exit.
- Package price may differ for location with and without MTR access.
- In case of dispute, the decision of Anahata Yoga Limited is final.
- This purchase cannot be refunded, cancelled, transferred or shared.
- Prior booking is needed to confirm the classes and timings.
- To avoid any dispute, any promotions, offers, discounts, special privileges or arrangements must be clearly written and stated in the contract. Any purported agreements/promise including but not limited to verbal and other means of communication made by the staff and not written in the contract will not be binding. Any disputes arising thereof will be subject to the final decision of Anahata Yoga Ltd.

- Private classes can be pre-booked 14 days in advance via a dedicated whatsapp group.
- Cancellation: For classes, after 10 am, please notify at least 3 hours before the class starts on the same day.
- For early morning classes (7 am – 10 am), please notify before 10 pm the prior day (weekdays) or before 7 pm (if the prior day is a weekend or public holiday).
- Failure to do so will result in late cancellation and your package will be deducted.
- Please note the private class packages cannot be extended or suspended for whatsoever reason.
- If members are absent or late cancel twice in 14 days, then subsequent classes can be only booked for one hour before the class with any available teachers
- If members wish to book more than two hours private, it will require management approval
Waiver and Release
- Members fully understand that he/she is engaging in physical exercise, including the use of exercise facilities and instructions by the studio’s personnel. This may cause injury to him/her. He/she hereby agrees that he/she is voluntarily participating in these physical exercises in the vicinity of Anahata Yoga. The use of studio facilities and instructions by studio’s personnel and that he/she is assuming all risks of injury to him/her on account of these activities. It is further agreed that the studio will not perform any evaluation of a member’s physical condition to which can help to identify risk factors contradicting physical exercise prior to his/her starting or continuing an exercise activity.
- Member hereby warrants, represents and agrees that he/she has no physical disability, Impairment, or ailment preventing him/her from engaging in any exercise activity, or that will be detrimental to his/her health, safety, comfort or physical condition, or that of others. Members are advised to consult a physician regarding his/her ability to participate in physical activities and/or use of Anahata Yoga equipment and facilities and the physical activities undertaken at Anahata Yoga and the use of Anahata Yoga equipment and facilities imposes physical demands upon him/her.
- Member hereby agrees to waive all claims or rights he/she might otherwise have against the studio including the right to sue the studio, its employees or agents, for any injuries or claims aforesaid.
- Member has carefully read this waiver and release and fully understands this is a release of any and all future claims against the studio for any injury or risk of injury resulting from activities while attending studio facilities.
- Member further agrees to release studio from any liability for any loss or theft of personal property.
- The respective rights and obligations of membership are set forth herein and in the Membership Rules and Guidelines. By signing this Agreement, the member acknowledges his/her understanding and acceptance of the rights and obligations. Such Rules and Guidelines are posted and/or otherwise available at the Anahata Yoga studio. Anahata Yoga reserves the right to amend its Rules and Guidelines from time to time and where appropriate. Members shall ask a Membership Consultant for clarification of any question or concerns prior to signing this Agreement.
Disclaimer of Liability
- The use of the facilities at Anahata Yoga naturally involves the risk of injury to a member him/herself or other members or guests, whether caused by the member or someone else. The member understands and voluntarily accepts the risk. The member warrants and represents that he/she has consulted with his/her licensed General Practitioner prior to beginning any exercise program. The member agrees that Anahata Yoga will not be liable for any injury including, without limitation, personal, bodily, or mental injury, economic loss, or any damage to the member, or his/her relatives resulting from the acts of anyone using the facilities or acts of Anahata Yoga employees or agents. The member agrees to bear all responsibilities for all liabilities or damages arising from any injury, including, without limitation, bodily or mental injury, economic loss, or any damage to another member caused by a deliberate or negligent action of the member him/herself. If any claim is made by anyone based on any injury, loss or damage described here, which involves the member or his/her guest, the member agrees to (i) defend Anahata Yoga against such claims and pay Anahata Yoga for all expense, including legal fees relating to the claim and (ii) indemnify Anahata Yoga for all liabilities to the member and his/her spouse, unborn child, relatives or anyone else resulting from such claims.
- Anahata Yoga is not responsible for keeping any items lost or stolen on its premises for any reason whatsoever. Members are responsible for safekeeping their personal belongings on the premises and agree to release the Club from any liability for any loss or theft of personal property
Use of the ANAHATA YOGA websites
The ANAHATA YOGA websites are owned and operated by ANAHATA YOGA LIMITED. ANAHATA YOGA LIMITED reserves the right to suspend or to terminate your access to the ANAHATA YOGA websites at any time, with or without notice.

Any promises, representations, understanding and/or agreements pertaining directly or indirectly to this Agreement, which is not contained herein, are hereby waived. If any particular provision of this Agreement is invalid, the same shall not affect the other provisions hereof.
