Using Mindbody for booking Studio Classes and Andiappan Classes
To enjoy the classes in our studio we recommend the following methods of booking the classes. Class bookings can be made 7 days in advance.
1) Please book the classes by visiting our schedule page https://www.anahatayoga.com.hk/schedule/ online on a desktop or Tablet PC.
2) You can download the mind-body app and search for Anahata Yoga and book classes with your mobile phone. The class Schedule is also available on the Mindbody app. If you encounter any technical issues please take a screenshot and send an email to customersupport@anahatayoga.com.hk and one of our staff will be happy to assist you. Download the mind-body app in Google play store or Apple App store
3) We recommend you to use gmail/yahoo/hotmail/me.com/ emails as some servers may filter and block mindbody system email.
4) Please note you will receive emails when you book/cancels/ confirm from the waitlist for each booking made. Remember to check your email regularly.
5) Please remember to cancel the classes 3 hrs in advance even if you are on the waitlist, to avoid late cancellation or no-show penalty.
6) Please book at least 30 mins before the class. If you have booked any online classes (Example: Back Care yoga Online) the link for the online class will be sent to your registered email 15 mins before the start of the class. If you did not receive the email please call the studio 2905 1822 or WhatsApp +852 9299 0752 (message only no calls). Please note the package will be deducted once you made your booking no cancellation is allowed.
9) Please update the mind-body app on your phone regularly.
