The course is very well structured, the masters are very knowledgeable and seasoned. The course covered various topics for kids yoga to understand not only their biological growth stage, but also the psychological factors, behaviors. This is very interesting and helpful course for anyone who's interested in teaching kids yoga.

I loved every part of this teacher training from the theoretical to the practical part learning about ways to make fun yoga classes for kids! All the masters were extremely knowledgeable and able to deliver classes in a concise but yet fun way.

Having not done a foundation yoga teacher training course, I feel that I am still lacking in technical knowledge, such as how to guide the children step by step into the poses. Although I am confident that will come with practice, I would have benefitted from more instruction onn the technical side of how to teach children the steps of how to move into poses. I really enjoyed hearing the personal experiences from Master Vishnu, Master Dyana and Master Yogananth. I have truly deepened my own practice through the Andiappan sessions. Ethan, Jeremy and Trishna were charming and it was a pleaure to meet them.

I recently attended a yoga course and was impressed with the instructor's teaching style. The class was conducted exceptionally well, and I learned so much about yoga. I am grateful for the instructors and want to express my gratitude for the experience. It was truly a wonderful opportunity to learn and grow.

It was a great course and I learned a lot about different ways to engage kids and have them learn at the same time. Dr. Gowri mam and Master Dhiraj sir were very knowledgeable and were very helpful in clearing all our doubts throughout the whole course. My team of co-students was great as well, and I learned a lot from them.

Even though it was an online learning mode, the entire course was conducted professionally and we were able to interact with kids of various age groups the opportunities to observe the kids yoga classes how its taught and have us teach is really amazing. Attending the group classes with various masters and andiappan yoga classes gave me lots of insights about yoga and how to sequence for various classes. Thank you masters for your teachings.

It was a wonderful experience, doing the kids yoga TTC. Dhiraj Sir is a phenomenal teacher and it was a very enriching journey to attend his class. The course proceeded as planned with no changes so I always planned other activities around it. I was also very motivated to join the classes every day and there was no disconnection with the teachers even though it was an online curriculum. I have learned so many modern and ancient practices in this course which will really add to my overall teaching experience.

The course was highly educational and inspiring. Deepening the Meditation and Yoga Nidra practices helped me to be more attentive and more creative. The group work was very stimulating and fun. The teachers were simply excellent.

Most people think when you finished a 200hrs YTT teaching kids should not be a problem, But teaching kids is very different to teaching adults. Most kids are hard to control and sometimes not able to focus. But in this kids yoga teacher training I learned the knowledge and skills how to teach kids of various age groups. The teachers of this teacher training are very knowledgeable and experienced in teaching kids yoga. Especially Master Yogananth has unique skills to introduce yoga to kids and learning from him is an amazing experience. I very much enjoyed the kid's yoga teacher training and I look forward to teaching kids and assisting the masters in the kid's yoga class. We taught and interacted with kids during the very memorable teacher training. But when we learn more skills from Master Yogananth, you will find many interesting tips to keep children focused and obedient, I enjoy the kid yoga.

Dear Teachers, the whole course was a big inspiration for me, as I had very limited knowledge about the subject. I have done a few short kids yoga courses, but nothing like this before. I am working in after school club and so far, we have tried the partner poses, both indoors and outdoors. They really enjoyed it and made up lots of poses of their own, it was fun. The course has really extended my knowledge not only on kids yoga but on overall yoga as a practice and a way of life. Teachers were extremely well educated and gave their knowledge in a very good manner. Pranayama and mediation section was my favourite part and I would like to learn more about it. thank you.

It was a fantastic experience for me. Every session is excellent learning for me. The way of conducting the classes and design is incredible. Every trainer is exceptional in the field they have chosen and the teaching style. For example, teacher training first class of Vishnu sir later Yoganathan sir and Dhiraj sir every session is great learning. Their experience, practice and wisdom, which they have shared, cannot be measured. I felt like they spoke what they followed. Raja Sir and Mahesh Sir Classes are amazing. Dhiraj sir's yoga Nidra, pranayama and meditation session is awesome.

This was a holistic kids' yoga teacher training learning experience. I am content with it and very happy with the learning process.

Overall I found this course very interesting and I managed to learn a lot of topics on how to teach kids, kid’s anatomy so I think it was designed appropriately. I also enjoyed getting to know and practice different poses with my fellow students during the 3-hour sessions. I think the only area we did not cover in detail was how yoga can help kids in various kinds of sports. Also what was very helpful was the opportunity to observe the kids’ yoga classes at the studio taught by our Masters as well.

I found this course very practical and useful. We were a little group of students so it was easy to practice (yoga nidra or other breathing techniques), also interacting with the different masters. I appreciated to see the kids practicing in India and also Yogananth with his son. Very inspiring. A lot of tips were provided. It was also interesting to attend via zoom at the kids class taught at Anahatha yoga. I sent via We Transfer the sequence I taught. If I have the opportunity to do a sequence via Zoom in kids yoga classes I would be happy to do so.

I had a wonderful experience. The teachers were very skillful, full of knowledge and they were very helpful. I enjoyed their positive energy they transmitted to us.
