Loved this training. I always though inversions were not for me (too difficult, too scary!). With this training, I learnt many drills, approaches or variations to various poses, and gained confidence. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a bit of challenge with good dose of fun!

I gained so much from the Inversion TT training. The skills and knowledge of the master were impressive. His strength and flexibility were amazing. And all his demonstrations were very inspiring and really motivate me to practice and improve. All the drills and tips that we learnt in class were very useful and continue to be part of my practice. I am so happy that my handstand is now stable and really grateful to Master Yogananth and the Anahata team for organizing this well structured training course.

I enjoyed the 100 hours Inversion TT course very much. The structure of the course helped us to a progression. Learning and understanding the fundamental skills in preparation to different approaches to asanas are critical in inversion. During the course, I've learnt how important it is to do the proper warm ups/preparations for the inversion that we would aim to practice, which ensure we do it in a safety ways. Besides the progression I've achieved in inversion, my body has definitely been strengthened through the training, my flexibility has been improved, and I became more stable physically and mentally because of the concentration during practices. I'm so grateful for Master Yogananth sharing his knowledges and skills with us, teaching us in a constructive ways and paces, leading us to understand ourselves better to achieve progressions. I signed up for the course hoping to improve my confidence in doing inversions and the course has far exceeded my expectation. Master Yogananth Andiappan started the course by asking every participant where they are in their inversion practice and what they hope to achieve. Everyone were at different levels at the beginning of the course. Looking around the room at the end of the course, I dare say everyone made so much improvement during the course it was so amazing to experience and witness. The defining moment was during one session when every single participant was standing on their hands against the wall in confidence and not one was afraid to try. Master Andiappan actually pointed that our that everyone of you are in hand-stand which is one of the most difficult inversion balance. Master Andiappan took the time to really work with us at the beginning of the course on all the building blocks of strengthening our arms, shoulders, neck, chest muscles, wrist as well as working on the flexibilities of our shoulders, back, hip flexes, hamstrings, gluts to ensure we are able to move into inversion at ease and confidence. He showed us in small steps how to do different inversions, different ways to get up and let us try to see which way works for us. The wisdom he imparted with us by sharing his decades of self practice and teaching was invaluable. He assessed each and every one of us to ensure we were ready before teaching us more advanced inversions such as draw backs and transitions. He showed us how to prepare our bodies for the experience which is vital. He inspired us to carry on the journey and equiped us on how to fall as it is the inevitable, we will continue our inversion journey with courage and know how. I felt we have learn so much in this course but definitely so much more to learn and look forward to practicing and improving my inversion practice. I have done many intensive trainings before. This inversion teacher training course was the most enjoyable intensive yoga teacher training I have ever taken. There is no doubt that Master Yogananth is an amazing teacher who is thoughtful, careful and so passionate about his teaching. Dear Master Yogananth, This was the best YTT (inversions are my favorite as you know). My intention was simply to improve posture, strength, but I got so much more because of your teaching, kindness, guidance, and guidance. It is a good idea for you to have a video course manual in addition to the comprehensive syllabus. We can watch the videos and practice them anytime. Several of my friends are stuck in the inversion pose progress and this training will provide them with knowledge and practice to overcome their fear and practice with confidence.
