The class is a happy and good one. It gives us enough information and a bigger passion for yoga. Classmates are friendly and the bonding is good. Teachers are patient enough to answer our questions. I am looking forward to joining the teaching group.

The YTT training broaden my knowledge in different aspect of yoga and knowing the origins of Yoga. The teachers are very knowledgeable and the course is interactive offering students to practice teaching techniques and helps with the YTT students in the same class. Besides asana, we also get to know a wide variety of yoga such as but not limited to pranayama, mediation and cleansing, With this YTT course we can know a more all rounded yoga which will be a solid foundation and a stepping stone to next level. This is good for everyone who have practiced many years or just started to practice. I hope the course can spend more time on asana while the background and theory part we can try to do self reading. Teacher are very friendly and YTT students are nice, I have made some good yogis friends here. It is also a great place for you if you want to become a volunteer in teaching yoga as there is a community. Namaste.

This course covered quite a few of substantial topics, instructors are all very competent and encouraging, this experience is such a great impact for making me to unfold my teaching journey.

I learned so much about yoga history, breathing techniques and postures from this course. The masters are very experienced and supportive, trying their best to help all of us understand the content and clarify our enquires. The classmates are serious and attentive. All in all, the learning environment is good for those who aim at gaining expertise in yoga.

From very tight shoulder until can do my Wheel and headstand , cannot believe that everyday improve a little bit more, after knowledgeable master trainers to teach us in YTT course, I understand more about Yoga is not only to heal our body but also our mind in this busy world , Keeping the mind clear is a keep process in this path. I have a long way to go but i am very motivated.

The course was well structured and all Masters were well experienced and able to share their knowledge with the students in a well sequenced way. The material was very helpful and perfectly complemented the courses. I found the anatomy classes most helpful when we started to learn about the anatomy and then follow with asanas that stretch or strengthen that body part. I would suggest having all anatomy classes this way. Any specific advice on how to interact with future students and how to deal with potential difficulties was particularly helpful.

Teachers are mostly gentle and friendly. They all equip with amazing yoga skills! They’re always enthusiastic about teaching and are very helpful. They demonstrated every pose step-by-step clearly and let us easy to follow. As a whole, it was really a fruitful experience to me. Finally, let me express my deepest gratitude especially to Master Yogananth, Master Vishnu and Master Mahesh. Thank you for your guidance and support!

It's a great experience learn so much yoga theory and practice in these 3 months, learning something I have never learned before, although 3 months is a little bit too fast for the amount of topics covered and details, but really enjoy all the class with masters and fellow students. During this 200hrs YTT course, I was able to learn more about yoga and its various practices inside and out.
