I was initially a bit apprehensive about taking a Yoga Teacher Training course Online but I am so glad I did! The 100 Hours Online Kids Yoga Teacher Training Course was quite a nice challenge. I felt good to be engaged in something I really believe in and now have the confidence and knowledge of the different aspects of TEACHING KIDS YOGA. Physically and mentally this was indeed an amazing experience I will always remember. I would forever remember Master Yogananth and Master Dhiraj for opening me up to discover things and I hope our paths will cross again. The program really raised the teaching interest in me and I look forward to applying the knowledge gained in practice.

I had the experience in teaching kids yoga after the 200-hours YTT but found that what I have learnt in teaching adults may not be adequate enough to apply on kids, therefore I took this 100-hours kids YTT and it broadened my horizons in different ways. I have learnt a lot including how to do meditation with kids, the mentality to have when teaching a kids yoga class, how to deliver different asanas to kids in an interesting way and how to attract them and stick with yoga practice by using different tools. Masters also reminded us the eight limbs of yoga which we might easily forgot in our hectic life; while the kids yoga showcase and ayurvedic approach to kids is a plus to the course. Thank you so much to Master Yogananth, Master Dhiraj and Master Vishnu - I am so thankful that I have furthered my yoga journey with the Anahata.

It was an awesome feeling to learn about the milestones about kids growth& development. The meditation techniques and the shapes themes were very well explained. Thankfull to all the masters who guided us throughout the course.

I opted for 100 hours of Kids teacher training course. The syllabus is very neatly structured. The masters explained each and every techniques which could be followed to teach yoga for kids. They even explained how the yoga practice would differ from kid to kid and even from kid to adult. we discussed more about Anatomy themes, animal themes, Yoga stories, poems etc that can be used to keep the class more interactive. It was a great experience learning Animal themes from Master Yogananth himself. It was a great pleasure learning under him. Yoga Nidra sessions from Master Dhiraj was so good. Other than the Kids yoga teacher training, 30 yoga sessions were offered by experienced Yoga teachers for our practice. When I met with a minor accident and injured my lower back, the staffs were so generous to extend my 30 yoga sessions for more month when I requested for the same. Thanks a ton for that. The over all experience was so good. During this pandemic, all the online sessions were neatly organised. Eagerly waiting to take up other courses as well in the near future. Thanks again!

Thank you so much for conducting the course online. It was a blessing to attend the course from staying in saudi arabia. Masters who conducted the theory class shared knowledge from their own experience was very helpful. Online practical classes were also guided with individual attention which was near equal to direct interactive class.

The kids yoga lessons are full of fun. I learnt a lot of knowledge about the kids yoga and how to teach children. Master are excellent and highly experienced.

I am Eliz, IYATT-3879. I joined kids yoga teacher training at Anahata during May26 until June 18,2020. This is an eye-opening experience after all. Thank you so much Master Yogananth, Master Dhiraj and Master Mahesh. They are professional, patience and passionate. Due to Covid-19, a few online classes were held at the beginning, but it did not have much impact on masters and students. They have given us a clear picture of children's physical and more importantly mental and social growth at different age. This has prepared us a lot on planning the class sequence for children in future. They share different idea of how to control the class in fun way. I believed that I learn a lot during this course. During the kids yoga teacher training, i understand that yoga is not just asana, learning meditation and pranayama is necessary too. I like yoga and I became healthy after practicing yoga. I hope to spread this healthy activities to more people and let everyone know the advantages of learning yoga. I hope everyone healthy and strong. Namaste.

It is a valuable kids yoga teacher training with good masters. Besides, I can learn from both online and traditional face to face. The school provided a flexible management of the classes during this time. Thanks!

It was a great learning experience .

I enjoyed learning about the techniques taught to engage the kids in a yoga class in a fun way like different themes ,games etc.

Unfortunately this course was done half online which prevented us to have a face to face interaction with the group and the teachers. However some topics such as meditation was very well done by the master. The practical part was also good. I think we should do more asanas practices. The practical assessment could not be completed as the covid 19 hit again and i understand all business has to be closed for some time. I enjoyed this training.

For the teaching practice class itself I found their age group is wide, not easy to tailor made specific theme to their age but it's also fun and interesting at the same time cause the challenging of catching their in-time reaction. Being present and positive is a key to teach them I guess it is pretty much a key to live a life too. The whole teaching kids yoga experience has loads of fun - kids are the future of tomorrow, I learn a lot from the kids as well such as their directness, competitiveness and protectiveness. I also honour children's intelligent and learning how to think from their perspectives. Thank you Anahata Teachers.

I really enjoyed attending the kids yoga teacher training course at Anahata. I improved my yoga abilities and got to implement what I've learned to the kids yoga class I co-taught. The teachers for the course provided me with wonderful feedback and a newfound love of yoga that I will continue to improve and cherish. I learned all about the different themes for a kids yoga class and how to sequence a kids yoga class. In addition, I learned about the anatomical and psychological benefits of many yoga poses for children and got to see them engage in a yoga class with enthusiasm.

The course is amazing learning experience. I have learnt so much about kids yoga and its application from the best experienced masters. I also got chances to observe how they teach kids yoga and a chance to teach the kids myself. Thank you Anahata Yoga Masters for teaching from the heart!

The course was a rather comprehensive one, children from a young age to teenage stage were covered in the syllabus. All in all it is a fabulous experience that was truly educational and informative.

Being part of the Anahata Kids Yoga 100hrs YTT was amazing. Master Mahesh, Master Dhiraj, Master Vishnu, Master Raja and Master Yogananth are truly committed to the well being of the members and practitioners. The Course was excellent! i enjoyed the class so much especially when it came to playing games! and I love the meditation part also. With that in mind it reminded me about the kids love games and they learn through playing games and playing with others. My thanks to all the Masters that have delivered the classes, I have learned so much about kids yoga and the different methods that we need to use when we teaching kids vs adults to engage and maintain their interest in yoga for the long term benefits that would bring to the kids. This course was very practical and has taught me many different ideas and the overall concept o kids yoga. I especially like that we are allowed to teach an actual class, which is of course the best learning we can get.

I thought the teacher training experience was positive and I learned a lot. I also enjoyed learning from three yoga masters with different teaching styles. My favorite part of the course was taught by Master Yogananth because he focused on children's themes, asanas and variations, and how to sequence a class.

The kid yoga training is great! I never think of the theme and game that can make yoga to be fun. Teaching the kids needs to be more flexible, this class teach me a lot. I hope I could have more opportunity to practice the skillset that I learnt from the kid yoga class to enrich my teaching skill.

I feel blessed choosing Anahata to study my Kids Yoga Teacher Training. Teaching kids is different from teaching adults. It needs skills and experience to become a good kids yoga teacher.
