This is an eye-opening experience after all. The teachers have given us a clear picture of children's physical and more importantly mental and social growth at different age. This has prepared us a lot on planning the class for children. Also, various approaches were introduced to make the class interesting to children, and we, as adults, enjoyed a lot too while learning! The course was a rather comprehensive one, children from a young age to teenage stage were covered in the syllabus. All in all it is a fabulous experience that was truly educational and informative.

The Course was excellent! i enjoyed the class so much especially when it came to playing games! and I love the meditation part also. With that in mind it reminded me about the kids love games and they learn through playing games and playing with others. My thanks to all the Masters that have delivered the classes, I have learned so much about kids yoga and the different methods that we need to use when we teaching kids vs adults to engage and maintain their interest in yoga for the long term benefits that would bring to the kids. The kid yoga training is great! I never think of the theme and game that can make yoga to be fun. Teaching the kids needs to be more flexible, this class teach me a lot. I hope I could have more opportunity to practice the skillset that I learnt from the kid yoga class to enrich my teaching skill.

The asanas taught in this course was challenging but the masters were very knowledgeable and able to guide us through breaking down advanced poses to make them more accessible for different anatomies and abilities. I was very surprised by how much I was able to progress with the right guidance by the end of this course. I feel better informed on how to structure my own self practice as well as how to assist other students through poses. namaste
