This YTT was a great experience for me. I gained more knowledge from this course than I gained from regular group classes and it was a great learning experience for me.

This 200 Hour YTT course has been very helpful for my yoga practice, and it has given me the realization that yoga is about much more than just posture, but also inner peace. As a result of taking this course, I gained a lot of knowledge about body anatomy, which helped me to understand my body better. I also gained a deeper understanding of the importance of being a yoga teacher. The Anahata's teachers are all very kind and supportive.

It’s my pleasure to continue my yoga journey here with all the wonderful masters and fellow classmates. The classes cover yoga history, philosophy, posture and also breathing techniques. By attending the class, I understand practicing yoga is not just for a pose or exercise, it also helps for spiritual enlightenment along the journey. It gives guidelines or codes that helps union of my mind, body and the energy. Thanks all the masters for your knowledge and experience sharing. Namaste!

Through taking the course at Anahata Yoga studio, I've learnt both theoretical and practical knowledge towards yoga practicing, including but not limited to the yoga history, literature, anatomy and different asanas etc. It truly deepens my understanding of this sport and strengthens the interest of gaining more insights of learning yoga. All in all, it was a fruitful learning journey last three months, and I made a bunch of good friends who have common interest by practicing together, what a wonderful and impressive experience!

It has been a pleasure taking this yoga course training as not only practical asanas are taught, but how to prepare yourself mentally to become a professional yoga practitioner. Yoga is not just a physical fitness workout, but a journey to understand yourself and the world around you.

I really enjoyed the course. Even though I took the online option, I didn't feel left out and all the masters made sure I was included as best they could. All the masters are extremely dedicated and thorough in their knowledge. My practice will continue and I hope that I will be able to participate in the advanced course as well. Thank you for providing me with such an incredible opportunity. Since I am not always able to attend the studio, I am grateful for the online option. Regularly practicing online has really helped me to stay on top of my practice.

This YTT course has exceeded my expectation. The modules on yoga history, pranayama and anatomy contain very useful knowledge and are very informative. I became very interested in these topics and eager to read more on these. The course is well structured and balanced that span sufficient time on each important aspect. Both the masters and students are very supportive in my study journey. It is a very rewarding experience.

The teachers are patient and inspiring. We practiced in a safe way, and I have noticed a big improvement in my asana practice. In addition, I feel more confident about teaching others. Thank you for the opportunity!

This was an educational course in all aspects. I very much enjoyed having been taught each module by different masters who are specialists in different ways, I found it was so fortunate to experience that. What I have learned throughout the course was so interesting and will be helpful for my Yoga practice in future. I'll start by saying that honestly, I've been practicing for a few years and finally feel I know what I'm doing! I also started self-practicing, which was one of my goals as well. During this past month, I learned many new things and am eager to learn more- I have always been fascinated by naturopathy, nutrition and alternative medicine, so I was delighted to attend the Anatomy classes with Master Vishnu. He mentioned Ayurveda briefly, which I just started exploring a while ago, and I am eagerly awaiting the next workshop to participate in. In addition, I have to say that all the masters were very patient, professional, and kind. Thank you for a wonderful and inspiring experience!

Though I had been teaching yoga for a while, I was not confident of teaching inversion poses to my students. Inverted poses are much more difficult to teach as many poses require the practitioner to have good coordination, open-mindedness or lack of fear, strength as well as reasonable flexibility, and few students are all-rounders, particularly beginners. They may otherwise be injured in the practice. The teacher, Master Yogananth, of this training course is very experienced and informative. We got lots of teaching/assisting opportunities in the training and the teacher shared with us his wealth of knowledge on the difficulties or limitations of different individual students, information that is highly valuable to any teacher or aspiring teachers. We also got to learn how to modify the poses to address the limitations of different individuals. I highly recommend this course to teachers and those who wish to pursue a career in yoga teaching. As the benefits of inversion poses are immeasurable, I believe they should be an integral part of a regular yoga class. Namaste

I strongly recommend the Kids' training course to everyone interested in this field. I am extremely grateful to all the masters who shared their knowledge and experience with us. It was well structured, as well as very well explained yoga philosophy as well as all the asanas. I was a student on this online course and each master made sure to interact with us. Instead of sitting and watching, they made sure that we practiced with them. We would like to thank Andiappanyoga and all of you for doing this.

The course was very enjoyable for me. I enjoyed being taught by all the yoga masters and found them to be extremely patient and knowledgeable, and they were helpful and patient in explaining not only the asanas, but also the wider meaning of practicing yoga and how to incorporate it into our everyday lives.

I enjoyed learning the teacher training and all the classes that comes with the training. The teachers at Anahata Yoga as full of knowledge and skills. The teaching style is very efficient and there is a wonderful learning environment. Its inspiring to see how students progress in their practice here. My favorite module in the teacher training is the teaching technique module, and the advice from the teachers is very helpful.

Dear Master Yogananth, This was the best YTT (inversions are my favorite as you know). My intention was simply to improve posture, strength, but I got so much more because of your teaching, kindness, guidance, and guidance. It is a good idea for you to have a video course manual in addition to the comprehensive syllabus. We can watch the videos and practice them anytime. Several of my friends are stuck in the inversion pose progress and this training will provide them with knowledge and practice to overcome their fear and practice with confidence.
