All the Masters teaching this course is very supportive to our learning journey. I loved every part of this course.

There has been lots of unexpected events happened during the tenure of the training, from social events to the covid-19 outbreak. There were truly complicated and unforeseen moments happened that added more uncertainty and difficulties to the training and experiences. Yet, in the end, we manage to complete the course by on line classes. It is overall a nice and good start of my professional yoga teacher journey with Anahata. Masters there are truly inspiring and knowledgeable. Thank you for giving us the support and encouragement during the course.

The course provided me a brief overview about different sectors of yoga. It is not just about asanas, but also pranayama, meditation and kriya. It is about the union of body and soul.

They has their way each of them to propose their own class so it was really interesting for us. The structure of the different module was well done and the practice classes super well done! And when there was protest in HK, Master Vishnu was teaching, with a smile, and was so devoted to his teaching us. It was a marvellous learning experience in Anahata to deepen my knowledge on yoga. I am grateful to have the opportunity to learn from warm, inspiring and experienced Masters. Anahata has a group of knowledgeable and experienced masters who help their students experience their yoga journeys fully. I’m very grateful for the experience as the course has widened and deepened my understanding and knowledge of yoga.
